There was a time when getting your driver's license was a milestone. I wasn't Jewish so my Bar Mitzvah was finally getting that piece of paper when was 16 that allowed me to drive solo -- a driver's license meant freedom.
Now, today's teens can't be bothered. "It's more time and effort than I want to put into something that won’t benefit me a lot right now," says Henry Stock, 16, and pictured above.
