Meet Steve Feltham, The Man Who Has Dedicated His Life To Finding The Loch Ness Monster

Submitted by: fancylad 2 weeks ago Lifestyle

Props to this guy for quitting his job, selling his home, and following his true passion -- finding Nessie. Steve Feltham is the one and only Loch Ness Monster watchman, since 1991.

Why is there only one monster ?  No parents, no one to reproduce with ?  Is this monster immortal ?

jeanrenaud There isn't a monster in all probability but larger creatures could exist in the depths and might have been the cause of the sightings which gave rise to the legend. Of course it's just as likely that there is nothing unusual at all and the whole thing is merely a legend. I think very few people truly believe in a monster these days.

mrteatime Yes, i agree ! My point was to prove that even if this monster could exist, it could not be alone there, so if it is alone, it can't exist.

Major kudos to the man. He's doing what he loves, in a stunning part of the world and seems truly happy. Beats working the 9-5 every day.

Now, I don't know anything about zoology, biology, geology, geography, marine biology, cryptozoology, evolutionary theory, evolutionary biology, meteorology, liminology, history, herpetology, paleontology, or archaeology, but I think... what if a dinosaur had got in the lake?
